Booking and Reservations
Reservation Process: To make a reservation, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, and payment information. A reservation is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us.
Minimum Age: The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the duration of the stay.
Guest Capacity: The Property accommodates a maximum of 21 guests. Exceeding this limit may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect information.

Payment Terms

Noise and Conduct: Guests must respect neighbors and maintain reasonable noise levels, especially during quiet hours. Disruptive behavior may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Exceeding maximum occupancy
Unauthorized use of amenities or equipment

Property Care: Guests are responsible for treating the Property with respect. You will be charged for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Liability and Insurance
Property Condition: While we strive to maintain the Property in excellent condition, we do not guarantee that all amenities and equipment will be operational during your stay. Minor maintenance issues do not constitute grounds for refund.
Guest Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage to the Property or its contents caused during their stay. We reserve the right to charge your payment method for damages.
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.
Personal Injury: Guests use the Property and its amenities at their own risk. We are not liable for injuries that occur on the Property, except where caused by our gross negligence.
